👥7. Teams & Partnerships
This project is under the direct supervision of DMM.com CEO Kameyama. Kasaki, who has long been involved in blockchain research, is in charge of promoting the web3 business.
Other members are experienced in games and other forms of entertainment. Including members from DMM Games, a total of about 50 members are currently working on web3 game development, platform creation, and business development. We have also entered into strategic partnerships with several businesses that provide strong support for the global expansion of this project.

Keishi Kameyama Chairman, DMM Group
In 1999, he founded Digital Media Mart, Inc. (now DMM.com). Currently, as chairman of the DMM.com Group, he is involved in about 60 businesses that transcend industry boundaries, including video distribution, animation production, online games, English conversation, FX, stocks, solar power generation, 3D printing, fire truck manufacturing, and the operation of a soccer team in Belgium.

Nagato Kasaki CEO
After completing a Master's program in Policy and Media at Keio University Graduate School, Kasaki joined DMM.com in 2014. Engaged in building a platform for utilizing big data, conducting research and development in distributed processing/blockchain technologies, and proposing business solutions. Since 2022, has been serving as the technical lead for the web3 division
Tatsuya Sato Director
With 14 years of industry experience in a leading game company followed by an 8-year stint at a major telecommunications carrier, Sato joined EXNOA (DMM Group) in 2021. Later assuming the role of Head of Web3 Game Planning and Development in 2022, and since 2023, has concurrently served as the Planning Director for the Services and Content Layers.
Yasuo Sasaki Director
Having a diverse set of backgrounds from sales at a major securities firm, project management in a medical IT startup, and business acquisition PM at a mobile game operating company, Sasaki joined the DMM Group's EXNOA in 2021 and is currently the chief of token strategy and business planning for the web3 division.
Ryota Ito CMO
After gaining experience at an advertising agency and a consulting firm, Ito joined DMM.com in 2019 and subsequently worked on marketing tasks in several departments, and from 2022, he has been serving as the Head of Marketing for the web3 division.
Koji Miyata CTO
After working as an engineer since his student days, he has been involved in new VR and positional game development at an online game management company since 2015. He started participating in multiple web3 game developments as an individual in 2018 and joined DMM.com in 2020 as tech lead and PM of the technical department of marketing. From 2022 Miyata has been in charge of technical management regarding web3 game for web3 business, and have assumed the role of product manager for the PF and technical manager in 2023.
